Thank you for shopping at Bunbury. I want to personally let you know how much I value your business. I try very hard not to make a mistake with your order, but If a processing error of your order occurs, I will correct the mistake at no extra charge to you.
I can change or cancel an order before an order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped I am unable to make changes to an order. If you would like to return an item, it must be in original condition, ie: unwashed, uncut, no pet hair, nor smoke or other odor. Patterns and kits have to be unopened. If items are returned in original condition, then cost of item will be refunded within 2-3 business days after arrival. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
