This monochromatic quilt was inspired by Noodlehead’s denim and chambray version. For the quilt shown above, I used AGF Pure Solids — Balsam Fir, Rosemary, and Sage Confetti Cotton by Riley Blake.
For the quilt above the fabrics used are AGF Pure Solids in Gingerbread, Queen Bee, and Crème de la Crème. The backing fabric used is Timberline by AGF.
For a more minimalist two colorway, I used AGF Balsam Fir and Fableism Chambray in Sunshine. The backing used is Awaken Forest by AGF.
This Bear Paw baby quilt is a great pattern to make for a baby boy. It’s beginner-friendly and will teach you how to make half-square triangles. It’s also a nice pattern where you can get creative with straight-line machine quilting.

I paired each of these baby quilts with a coordinating baby book. The added touch of a book completes the gift into a well-thought-out baby shower present that both mom and baby will enjoy together.
