This project was inspired by my sweet niece. For her 9th birthday I decided to make her an apron because she loves to bake and cook. However, I was down to the wire and I did not want to reinvent the wheel. So, I went online in search for a pattern. Needless to say, I could not find one I liked or one in her size so, I had to reinvent the wheel. The apron is adjustable and will fit a girls size 6-9 years old.

This project was inspired by a doll that my childhood friend Becky had growing up. It's funny the little things you can remember. Becky's doll was special in that she could stuff her PJ's into her and she became a nice plush doll that sat on her bed. I liked the concept of stuffing the Pj's away and not having to fold them into a drawer each morning. Plus, the doll was so cute!

I didn't want to reinvent the wheel so, I used Purlsoho free City Gym Short Tutorial, and made two coordinating pj shorts.

Hello! Here is a useful little book bag I created for my Bible. It's probably the first thing I actually made for myself (that was not clothing). I only seem to make things as gifts. I did make a few of these. I gave one to my mom for her birthday and one for my mother-in-law for Christmas. The tote has an interior pocket for tissues, mints etc.. and a pen pocket to hold highlighters and pen for note taking. I also included small notebooks and a prayer journal. This tote is the perfect size to keep everything together for your devotional time with Jesus and for taking to church.
